Global Communications Professional

We are seeking a seasoned communications professional to drive our strategic communications efforts for our Global Office in Hyderabad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that showcases our office's mission, capabilities, and achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a communications strategy that builds awareness and understanding of our office's mission and capabilities.
• Develop compelling narratives that showcase our talent, innovations, and impact to position our center as a strategic asset for our global business.
• Collaborate with global communications teams to ensure consistent messaging while adapting for local context.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across our global markets to understand their needs and effectively communicate how our center can support their objectives.
• Coordinate stakeholder management activities including hosting VIP visitors, organizing showcase events, and creating opportunities for our center to demonstrate its value to key decision-makers.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, including policy updates, town halls, recognition programs, and cultural events, that strengthen our workplace community and align with our global culture, purpose, and values.
• Manage communications during our center's growth phases, ensuring clarity during change and celebrating key milestones.
• Develop thought leadership content that positions our center's leaders as experts in their domains.
• Develop and execute local earned media strategies to enhance our center's reputation as an employer of choice and innovation hub in the local market.
• Advise our organization on relationship building with local government officials, industry associations, and community leaders to support our center's growth and integration into the local business ecosystem.
• Manage crisis communications preparedness and response for our center, ensuring alignment with global protocols while addressing local considerations.

Qualifications:

• 11 to 15 years of experience in strategic communications, with at least 3 years in a multinational environment.
• Proven track record in building communications strategies that bridge geographical and cultural differences.
• Experience in technology or shared services communications preferred.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities across multiple formats and channels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
• Experience building communications functions in growing organizations.
• Knowledge of the India media landscape and government relations practices.
• Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
