We are a team of innovative thinkers who value teamwork, creativity and collaboration. We're seeking an experienced Global Communications Specialist to join our support team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in resolving technical incidents related to Azure Platform deployments for our global customers. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach and a passion for problem-solving.

  • Review and triage customer escalations via multiple channels, determining the best course of action and resolution path.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and share notifications, communicate updates and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Identify root causes of escalations to drive long-term solutions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective interaction with customers, proven ability to capture relevant information and explain next steps.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills, cross-team collaboration and critical thinking.
  • Ability to influence people at all levels to drive resolution.
  • High attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for problem-solving through self-learning and critical thinking.
  • Creative Problem Solving by driving innovative solutions.
  • Thrive in ambiguous situations and effectively manage change.
  • Technical aptitude with a passion to learn.
  • BA/BS Degree in Communications or Computer Science is preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Available to work critical cases as needed on a 24x7 basis.
