Talent Acquisition Manager is a pivotal role that oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, driving volume hiring into BPO - Service Delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs, providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
  • This involves developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, including determining the number, skills, and experience of people to be inducted into the company to meet planned client requirements and improve overall productivity of teams.
  • Owning the entire recruitment process, from board approval of headcount to onboarding, ensuring effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocol, assessment, background checks, and offers.
  • Driving special projects/initiatives and translating business directions into actionable hiring needs, advising on risk, and working closely with leadership team on recruiting focus areas to deliver against business commitments.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • A Master's Degree or equivalent education and experience is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum 12+ years of related experience, including managing people and extensive experience in HR data and HR systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think and operate autonomously and strategically, with high velocity and hands-on approach are essential.
