Job Title: Execution Lead
A highly skilled professional is sought to join a dynamic team as an Execution Lead.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, running pitch calls, and closing new business. They will also source, interview, and onboard top candidates for client roles, manage client accounts to ensure flawless delivery, and coordinate across designers, developers, recruiters, and media buyers to keep projects on track.
We operate at high speed, managing clients, candidates, and projects across time zones. Every day is a mix of sales, hiring, delivery, and problem-solving — and we like it that way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound sales and close new business
- SOURCE, INTERVIEW AND ONBOARD TOP CANDIDATES FOR CLIENT ROLES
- MANAGE CLIENT ACCOUNTS TO ENSURE FLAWLESS DELIVERY
- CORRECT ACROSS DESIGNERS, DEVELOPERS, RECRUITERS, AND MEDIA BUYERS TO KEEP PROJECTS ON TRACK
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of experience in at least two of these: sales, hiring/recruitment, account management, operations
- Proven track record of delivering results under extreme deadlines
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Zero ego, thrives in high-pressure, hustle-heavy environments
- Available to work late nights and weekends when needed
