Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in industry-standard software, and excellent project management skills.

This role requires the ability to create high-quality engaging and dynamic visuals for various media, including 2D or 3D animations, typography, and visual effects. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with clients and creative teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization and Storyboarding: Develop visual concepts and create storyboards to outline animation sequences.
  • Design and Animation: Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to design and animate graphic elements, characters, and visual effects.
  • Typography and Kinetic Typography: Select and animate text effectively to convey messages and create visual interest.
  • Audiosync Integration: Sync animations with voiceovers, sound effects, and music to create cohesive and engaging final products.
  • Video Editing: Combine motion graphics with live-action footage and perform post-production tasks using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all motion graphics align with brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and visual style.
  • Staying Current: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of design principles: layout, composition, color theory, and typography.
  • End-to-end project execution ability, from concept development through delivery.
  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environment while delivering value to the team.
  • Proficiency in animation principles: timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, etc.
  • Mastery of industry-standard software: Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a must.
  • Creativity and artistic vision: Ability to develop original and engaging visual concepts.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and visual consistency in all aspects of the animation.
  • Communication and collaboration skills: Effectively conveying ideas and working well with others.
  • Time management and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn: The field is constantly evolving, so staying current is crucial.
