Visual Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of creative and impactful design work, with experience in creating successful visual campaigns for diverse audiences.

The Visual Content Creator will be responsible for developing compelling visual content that supports our mission of promoting sustainable urban mobility and community engagement. This includes designing materials for campaigns, events, and reports, as well as working closely with the communications and program teams to create engaging visuals for public awareness campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in graphic design, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. They will also have excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual concepts and designs for all print and digital media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Create infographics, presentations, and other visual assets that communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Design materials for large-scale public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage.
  • Work with the team to create engaging visuals for public awareness campaigns aimed at diverse audiences, including children, youth, and vulnerable road users.
  • Transform research data and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-understand infographics and charts.
  • Support the creation of visual narratives for success stories, case studies, and public-facing reports.
  • Create dynamic content for social media platforms (static images, short animations, GIFs) to drive engagement and amplify key messages.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the organization's website with new visual content.
  • Help capture and edit photos and videos from events and projects to build a rich visual library.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social impact or urban development.
  • Proven experience in creating successful visual campaigns for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
  • Familiarity with urban mobility, road safety, or public health campaigns.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a range of creative and impactful design work.
