We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Experience Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging interfaces and design systems across multiple digital platforms.

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver appealing and accessible solutions for various clients across different industries.

You will contribute to visual strategy, develop consistent UI assets, and play an active part in building high-quality digital products within a dynamic organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Create high-fidelity UI components, layouts, icons, and libraries for digital interfaces. Ensure all designs adhere to best practices in usability, visual hierarchy, contrast, and accessibility.
  • Collaboration & Handoff: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and smooth design implementation. Coordinate with UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into visual solutions.
  • System Design: Build and maintain scalable design systems, documentation, and style guides. Review and iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability data.
  • Trend Research: Stay informed about the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies. Participate in critiques and contribute to elevating overall team craft.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in UI or Visual Design for digital products. Portfolio
  • Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. Solid grasp of color, typography, layout, spacing, and iconography. Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles. Good communication skills and the ability to present rationale for visual choices.
