Business Development Manager

We guide students towards successful university admissions. As a Business Development Manager, you will drive business growth and strategic partnerships across India, UAE, and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and education service providers.
  • Build and execute collaborations to increase revenue streams.
  • Represent our organization at conferences and networking events.
  • Engage with key decision-makers in the education sector.

Student Counseling & Application Support:

  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students.
  • Assist students with applications, essays, and personal statements.
  • Provide guidance on standardized tests and scholarship options.
  • Help students explore enrichment opportunities.

School & University Outreach:

  • Establish an active school network through webinars, consultations, and workshops.
  • Organize and execute events to engage students, parents, and educators.
  • Identify opportunities for guest lectures and mentorship sessions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our organization's counseling services.

Sales & Market Expansion:

  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Initiate phone and video calls with prospective clients.
  • Develop sales strategies to convert partnerships into revenue-generating opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and manage multiple partnerships.
  • Understanding of university admissions and student support programs is essential.
