Key Responsibilities- Create visually appealing and refined assets: for digital and print platforms that reflect simplicity, clarity, and elegance.
- Collaborate with teams: to develop creative solutions that are aligned with the brand's strategy and tone.
- Mentor junior designers: helping them grow while ensuring the highest standards of minimalistic and thoughtful design.
- Promote brand consistency: across all touchpoints with a focus on clean, intuitive, and sophisticated layouts.
- Translate complex ideas: into easily understandable visuals that are subtle yet impactful.
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create clean and balanced designs.
- Ability to develop effective designs: that communicate the brand's message.
- Cross-cultural design experience: with sensitivity to international approaches.
- Strong communication skills: and a collaborative mindset.
