About our company, we are a pioneer in spatial computing. Our no-code platform allows users to create immersive experiences for training, collaborative design, and sales.

We operate in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). This enables hybrid workers to collaborate, train, visualize, and learn from any location, at any time, using any device.

In addition, we provide expert support through our consulting arm. We help organizations rapidly plan, build, deploy, and measure solutions.

About the Role:

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong UX expertise to join our team. In this role, you will focus on understanding user needs, mapping workflows, and designing intuitive experiences.

You will create visually polished UI and production-ready assets. Your foundation will be in user-centred design and problem solving.

The ideal candidate enjoys moving between UX research, wireframing, and prototyping. They should also be comfortable using Figma and AI-assisted tools to quickly translate UX decisions into working UI screens.

This role is hands-on, collaborative, and perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to understand behaviours, needs, and pain points of both end-users and content creators.
  • Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize usability and clarity.
  • Use Figma for design workflows, while leveraging AI tools to speed up the creation of UI screens based on validated UX flows.
  • Create production-ready UI designs, including supporting graphics, illustrations, and icons when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
  • Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency across devices and platforms.
  • Apply accessibility and usability best practices in all design outputs.
  • Present designs clearly and thoughtfully to stakeholders.
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and testing results.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with 4-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong emphasis on UX.

A portfolio that demonstrates not just final UI, but problem-solving and UX thinking behind your designs is essential.

Candidates should be proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with AI-powered design workflows is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills are required to explain design rationale and decisions.

Candidates should be able to iterate rapidly and adapt designs based on user feedback and project needs.
