Job Title: User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive designs.

  • Prioritize UX/UI design across mobile, web, and dashboards

  • Design for both B2C (users) and B2B (telcos, banks, regulators)

About the Role:

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions. You will be responsible for leading UX/UI design, simplifying flows, translating AI features into usable interfaces, building and evolving design systems, and designing for both B2C and B2B platforms.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years in UI/UX or product design (preferably in startups/SaaS)
  • Shipped both B2C products (consumer apps at scale) and B2B platforms (dashboards, enterprise tools, telco/banking systems)
  • Experience designing complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech tools
  • Bonus: Background in AI, security, telecom, or fraud prevention

Tech Requirements:

  • Expert in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC
  • Motion/interaction prototyping (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Hotjar, or UX tools
  • Comfort with responsive, performance-first design across devices
