Job Title: UI/UX Senior Associate

We are seeking an accomplished user experience leader with 5 to 7 years of industry experience to spearhead our design vision and strategy for healthcare applications. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving scalable design systems and delivering intuitive digital experiences.

About the Role
  • Lead and mentor a team of user experience designers
  • Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy for healthcare applications
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into designs that meet business needs
  • Create and manage design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistency and scalability

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma/Adobe XD
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions
  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, responsive principles, and cross-platform compatibility
  • Work closely with frontend developers to ensure design handoff and implementation quality

Requirements include:

  • 5-7 years of experience in user experience design, with at least 2 years in a mentorship role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user experience design, workflows, and interactive prototypes
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools
