Project Operations Manager

Oversee project execution and operational matters, including managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Delivery Team to identify new demands and work on project-related operational matters.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Team to facilitate recruitment and hiring of new employees.
  • Track and maintain dashboards with high accuracy.
  • Chair semi-weekly/weekly calls with stakeholders and publish meeting minutes and status reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all operations-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Drive and support business decisions and compliance.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years experience in project operations.
  • Must have experience working with an IT services company.
