About the Role
The CBG Department is engaged in providing banking solutions to the SME segment with a turnover between Rs 10 Crs to Rs. 350 Crs.
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning programs for CBG, coordinating and executing programs that enhance the capabilities of employees through continued education and skill training, assessing developmental needs and tracking learning effectiveness, and assessing the success of developmental plans and helping employees make the most of learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross Vertical Co-ordination with various Departments and CBG Team for arranging training programs and escalation matrix to resolve issues pertaining to learning across hierarchy and Periodical Review of Learning initiatives along with Learning team as well as evaluation of strategies
- Record all learning activities in CBG vertical (both internal & External)
- MIS Management
- CBG SPOC for all activities related to HR/ hiring gaps/ transfers etc
- Preparation of manpower budget
- Successful & smooth execution of business driven learning initiatives in the department
- Functional Induction module creation along with LnD team
- Ensure active participation of team in training session
- Process improvisations - data analytics from HR Team, improvisation in MIS
- Successful completion of the trainings and the competency profiler by the team
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
- Education - Post Graduation (preferably MBA)
- Experience - Min 8-12 Years

Experience in Banking and Financial Services segment - Relationship Management / Sales
Good communication skills
Stakeholder Management
SkillsProficiency in data analysis and representation using tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Should have a good analytical and presentation skills
AbilitiesAbility to work effectively across functions
Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
