Regional Manager Job Description

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing top institutional clients in assigned markets and strengthening relationships with CFOs and Treasury Heads of Corporate.

Key responsibilities include building a strong institutional book by offering a product suite that aligns with the investment objectives of these corporate entities.

Additionally, you will endeavor to garner assets exceeding 20% of the market assets and groom a team of RMs to deepen existing relationships and acquire new clients from the market.

You will also organize events for institutional investors on a regular basis to foster higher mind share and market share from these corporate entities.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good communicational abilities and pleasing personality.
  • Exposure to the M.F industry is an added advantage.
  • Product knowledge.
  • Market knowledge / extensively networked.
  • Key account management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Formal qualifications / Prior Work Exp: MBA with minimum 15 years of work experience.
  • NISM certification compulsory.
