Main Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for retention, renewals, and referrals of students
  2. Engage and preserve existing customers, cultivating profitable relationships
  3. Interact with customers via calls and messages
  4. Achieve monthly targets in a highly performance-driven environment
  5. Maintain feedback from parents and ensure timely action
Required Skills:
  1. Proficiency in English communication and written skills is mandatory
  2. Computer Science or technical background preferred but not mandatory
  3. Prior experience in Edtech B2C sales is preferred (min 6 months)
  4. Exceptional communicator and influencer with healthy customer relationships
  5. Result-driven with experience in target-centric jobs
  6. Self-learner with high grasping ability and can learn about the product & services within 2 days
