Therapeutic Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Care Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals who provide comprehensive therapy services to children with physical disabilities and developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's physical abilities and develop tailored therapy plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide expert hand function, sensory integration, and gross motor function therapy to assigned children, promoting optimal development and functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with the in-charge to plan and report on unit activities, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity sheets and attendance records for children, facilitating efficient tracking and analysis.
  • Offer therapy services in various units of the rehabilitation department as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Arrange necessary appliances and materials related to occupational therapy, ensuring a supportive environment for children's growth.
  • Support in writing reports and proposals, contributing valuable expertise and insights.
  • Deliver sensory integration therapy and physiotherapy services to children with autism and neuro-developmental delays, providing specialized care and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MPT), demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English languages, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, explain treatment plans to parents, and foster a culture of empathy and understanding.
