Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Child Safety Professional to conduct awareness programs for children. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating safer environments for children and young people.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and age-appropriate sessions for students from standards 4th to 9th, focusing on Good Touch and Bad Touch concepts.
  • Provide education on the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act, 2012, including rights and responsibilities.
  • Develop and adapt content to ensure it aligns with students' needs and POCSO Act guidelines.
  • Offer training and guidance to educators and employers on child safety protocols and legal requirements under the POCSO Act.
  • Gather feedback from schools and participants to continuously improve program delivery and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Educational background: Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
  • Experience: Background in training, education, communication, or social work.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
