Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams on finance systems, accounting principles, and financial processes. This role involves providing expert-level support and guidance on SAP Business byDesign (SAP ByD) and other ERP systems.

  • Provide technical support and guidance on SAP Business byDesign (SAP ByD) and other ERP systems.
  • Configure and customize ERP systems, including modules related to general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions.
  • Manage user access, security configurations, and permissions within ERP platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a techno-functional or similar role, with specific expertise in SAP Business byDesign (SAP ByD).
  • Strong understanding of finance systems, accounting principles, and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and reporting tools.
  • Relevant certifications in ERP systems such as SAP ByD or similar.
