Job Overview

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving the overall human resources and administrative functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Design and conduct orientation programs for new employees to facilitate smooth onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive working environment that promotes productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and motivation.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to evaluate employee performance and identify areas for growth.
  • Identify training and development needs for employees and provide opportunities for skill enhancement.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters to support business operations.
  • Manage office facilities, including space planning and maintenance, to optimize workflow and employee comfort.
  • Supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with ability to adapt to changing legislative requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with capacity to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
