Job Description

As a key member of the AHEAD team, the Resource Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating, planning, and scheduling Professional Services employees for client engagement projects. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively with various stakeholders, including resource coordinators, Delivery Managers, and Practice Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of the resource planner, creating and updating assignments/schedules, and proactively identifying and addressing scheduling issues.
  • Facilitate the timely fulfillment of staffing requests, working closely with teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor resource utilization, identifying over- and under-utilized personnel, and re-allocating resources to maintain optimal levels.
  • Operate with a deep understanding of AHEAD policies and procedures, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Perform daily and weekly inspections and reporting functions, maintaining transparency and accountability across the Services team.
  • Ensure the internal PSA tool is up-to-date, enabling smooth operations and efficient resource management.
  • Maintain and enforce Resource Management Governance, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to Delivery Managers on resource trends, hiring, subcontracting, and training initiatives.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across functional groups.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
