.Net Application Support Manager

Are you a highly skilled professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We are seeking an experienced .Net Application Support Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in .Net Core, Strong C# and SQL DB skills. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of Excel and data processing/analysis using excel, excellent problem-solving skills, DevOps: Azure DevOps, Source Control : GIT, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolving technical issues and providing timely support and assistance to client-facing employees and clients.
  • Thorough knowledge of incident management processes and strong communication skills to provide timely status updates on issue resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify the reasons for the underlying issue.
  • Monitor all alerts related to applications and provide proactive services.
  • Coordinate with the design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
  • Document Troubleshooting Guides and FAQs.
  • Recommend ways to optimize business performance by presenting solutions to existing challenges.

Benefits:

This is a 100% remote role with full overlap with US East coast (8 AM to 4 PM EST) i.e. 5:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST. The ideal candidate should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in .Net Core, Strong C# and SQL DB skills. Sound knowledge of Excel and data processing/analysis using excel is also required. Excellent problem-solving skills, DevOps: Azure DevOps, Source Control : GIT, and excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary for this role.

Desirable Qualifications:

A good understanding of Angular is desirable. Knowledge/experience on Capital Market domain is also preferred.
