Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Executive to lead our efforts in maintaining high standards of quality across the organization. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within agreed service levels. They will also be expected to maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to quality policies and procedures;
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to processes and procedures;
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality-related issues;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively;
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Quality Management);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality-related role;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
