Job Title: Business Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 12-15 projects, managing a team of 6-10 designers, and ensuring their productivity and work output.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide their team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and delivery of high-quality designs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
  • Team Leadership
    • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Provide regular feedback and coaching to help team members improve their performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Design Quality Assurance
    • Ensure that all designs meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance design quality.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
    • Possession of Master's degree or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management is an asset.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer or Project Manager.
    • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering residential/interior projects from concept to completion.
