Digital Marketing Professional

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Professional to manage and optimize performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand impact in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) space.
The successful candidate will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, as well as collaborating with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives that resonate with women audiences. They will also analyze campaign performance regularly and deliver clear insights with next steps.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have 1-2 years of experience in paid media, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and conversion funnels. You should be proficient in UTM tracking, GA4, Meta/Google ad platforms, and performance dashboards. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, as you will need to clearly explain why a creative or targeting option worked or didn't work, and derive deep insights about the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) individually and alongside agency partners.
• Drive results across key KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives that resonate with women audiences.
• Create and manage detailed audience strategies, including lookalikes, interest groups, and retargeting funnels.
• Analyze campaign performance regularly and deliver clear insights with next steps.
What We're Looking For:
- • 1-2 years of experience in paid media, with a strong track record managing Meta and Google Ads.
• Experience working with DTC brands targeting women in wellness, skincare, beauty, fashion, or health.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and conversion funnels.
• Proficient in UTM tracking, GA4, Meta/Google ad platforms, and performance dashboards.
• Comfort with basic ad copywriting or giving creative feedback.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and performance-driven.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills - you should be able to clearly & articulately explain why a creative or targeting option worked or didn't work, and derive deep insights about the customer.
