Job Overview:

We seek a Digital Marketing Manager with strong background in digital marketing to manage and grow relationships with international clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and experience delivering effective solutions to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand client needs and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored digital marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Oversight: Oversee execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing channels.
  • International B2B Focus: Navigate regional market trends, cultural differences, and cross-border digital strategies.
  • Account Planning: Develop strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Communication: Serve as primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to clients on project status, performance, and key metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management with a focus on digital marketing, particularly within international contexts.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (e.g., SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficient in analyzing digital marketing metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
