We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with international B2B clients through excellent client-facing skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.

  • Develop tailored digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and oversee the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services and collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Provide regular reports to clients on project status, performance, and key metrics, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management with a focus on digital marketing, particularly within international B2B contexts.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (e.g. SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing).

  • Excellent client-facing skills, exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in analyzing digital marketing metrics and translating data into actionable insights.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
