Job Title

This is a critical role within the IT SAP Global Center of Excellence, responsible for driving SAP solution architecture and business design for the Finance Organization. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's SAP IT landscape, ensuring it aligns with business requirements.

As the FI/CO Module Lead, you will be responsible for setting standards, defining best practices, and engaging in research and innovation. You will work on delivery projects, shaping SAP architectural design, and providing architectural quality assurance across multiple programs. This position requires mastery-level competency in the SAP Finance and Controlling module.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance SAP solutions for Finance Department Processes - Lead the creation of new SAP landscape and Implementation of SAP by replacing existing non-SAP solutions / Business need.
  • Define, design, and deliver SAP Process: Ensure a best practice design and implementation of SAP solutions for Finance Processes, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
  • Support technical architecture analysis, research, design, and development: Support integration with key applications and services within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Provide architecture and design guidance: Guide development and functional teams to configure and implement solutions according to SAP standards and best practices.
  • Monitor the Progress of Fi/CO Module and Team Monitoring: Lead and manage FI/CO Module ensuring all processes are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

**Minimum Requirements:**

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a related field to the area of responsibility.
  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA Finance).
  • Certification in SAP: Preferred (FI/CO Module).

**Desirable Skills:**

  • SAP S4/Hana – At least 2-3 Implementation Projects (Green Field or Migration).
  • Should have designed Finance Org Structure and delivered multi-dimensional reporting.
  • Should have strong knowledge of Parallel Accounting, Transfer Pricing and Material Ledger functionality in SAP.
  • Knowledge of SAP FI/CO Module, Knowledge of interaction between FICO and other modules like MM, SD, PP etc.
  • Global Experience in terms of Legal requirements specially Tax, Banking, Electronic Reporting.
  • Accounts Payable – Shared Services.
  • Group Reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of diverse areas of technology including ERP, Master Data, Electronic Banking, FSCM etc.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or life science industry preferred.
  • Experience in fast-paced global multinational matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence business team members / stakeholders and manage project teams.
  • Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.
