We are hiring a seasoned professional for a high-level credit leadership role.

Location: Delhi/ Mumbai

  • Qualification - CA or MBA Finance from a reputable business school

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 18-20 years of relevant industry experience is essential.
  • A strong background in managing the credit function, preferably in banking or non-banking financial companies.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a team leader.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit policies and processes in lending and lease products.
  • Risk management expertise with at least 15 years of experience.
  • Portfolio management experience, covering SME and corporate clients.
  • Multidisciplinary asset class exposure - automobiles, equipment, real estate, etc.
  • Prior experience with leasing is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Economic Capital Loss (ECL) and loss models.
  • Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience with new-age underwriting and assessment tools and technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Knowledge of technological advancements and digital tools used in credit underwriting and risk management.
  • A track record of managing large and senior teams.

Technical Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of lending norms.

Competency in Credit Information Bureau Limited (CIBIL).
