Job Role

We seek a Market Research Intern to join our dynamic team, assisting us in understanding challenges faced by salons and related service providers. As a key member of our market intelligence unit, you will play a vital role in shaping business decisions through actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-field visits to assess salon operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design surveys, distribute them among target audiences, and analyze responses to provide valuable insights.
  • Document customer pain points, service preferences, and pricing trends within the beauty and salon industry.
  • Track competitor offerings, identifying market gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare structured reports to support product and business teams with actionable data, facilitating informed decision-making.

Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong interest in market research and the beauty/salon industry is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with salon professionals.
  • Ability to design and manage surveys using tools like Google Forms is necessary.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with comfort working independently is required.
  • Willingsness to travel locally for on-field visits is expected.
