Job Title: Executive Coordinator for Medical School

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Executive Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with faculty and staff, overseeing staff and student functions, facilitating communication within departments and the US office, and providing support to medical students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Oversee staff and student functions, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Facilitate departmental and US office communication to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making.
  • Provide support to medical students and staff, including answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting a positive learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Administrative experience in an office setting, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience using project management tools and software.
  • Proven project management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and meet goals.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Master's degree preferred, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
