Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Medical Scribe. The Medical Scribe will be responsible for accurately documenting patient encounters in electronic health records (EHR) systems, including medical histories, physical examinations, and other clinical data. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with medical documentation, managing patient records, and ensuring that clinical information is recorded accurately and promptly. The scribe will collaborate closely with healthcare providers to enhance the overall efficiency and quality of patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Scribing and Medical Terminology
• Knowledge of Human Anatomy and Medical Assisting
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in clinical documentation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Relevant experience or training in healthcare or medical documentation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or completion of a medical scribe program is preferred
