Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Plan, track & manage project timelines using suitable tools.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • Execute deliverables according to schedule, cost & quality standards.
  • Proactive communication & timely response to customers.
  • Manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues & devise contingency plans.
  • Estimate resources needed for project success.
  • Track direct costs of the projects.
  • Optimize resource utilization, such as manpower, software, hardware, infrastructure, etc.
  • Ensure all projects are executed according to process / quality standards & contractual terms.
  • Ensure compliance with project contractual requirements.
  • Improve team productivity & efficiency.
  • Ensure induction, assimilation, retention, development & career progression of team members.

Education Qualification

">
  1. Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.).
  2. Certifications not applicable.

Minimum Experience Required

">
  1. 4 years of domain experience and 4 years of project management expertise.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in managing large teams of 20-40 resources.

  • Project management skills including estimation, planning, monitoring, & controlling.
  • SDLC Process awareness.
  • Knowledge in multiple technologies.
