Tendering Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tendering Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the tender process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and submit tenders for various government departments online and offline.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and complete documents as per tender requirements.
  • Communicate with clients through written correspondence regarding tenders, works, and other related matters.
  • Visit client offices for meetings, documentation, and billing processes.
  • Track the progress of work, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with tender agencies and purchasers to ensure smooth project execution.
