Job Profile:
Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Kerala and Karnataka
Main Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities through franchisee acquisition
- Providing comprehensive support to franchisees before and after signing up
- Ensuring timely revenue collections and Teaching Aid Material deliveries
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Nurturing strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Preparing performance reports for centers
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the preschool market
- 4-8 years of experience in franchisee expansion
- Ability to handle extensive travel
- Proven track record in building franchisee businesses
- Excellent collaboration skills
Compensation Information:
Salary: 8.5L - 9L fixed + Performance Linked Incentives
