Seeking a dedicated Overseas Education Specialist to lead our team in guiding students through study abroad opportunities.

We are looking for a professional with prior experience in counselling students regarding international education options, including university and course selection, admission processes, and visa requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Counselling students on overseas education options, including programmes, universities, and countries.
  • Providing guidance on the complete admission process, including application forms, personal statements, letters of recommendation, and documentation.
  • Offering accurate information about universities, programmes, scholarships, and eligibility criteria.
  • Supporting students with visa application, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest changes in admission and visa requirements for key study destinations.
  • Maintaining effective follow-up to ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment.

Key Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as an Overseas Education Counsellor or equivalent role.
  • Strong knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Favourable Skills:

  • Prior experience in counselling for USA, UK, Canada, Australia or Schengen Countries
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
