Accounting Professional Opportunity

The role involves working with overseas companies in various functions, including audit, accounts, tax, MIS, and compliance. We are seeking a candidate who is pursuing or has completed a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or IPCC/IPC qualification in progress.

This position requires the ability to assist in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas group. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation, as well as staying updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changes.

  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Audit, Accounting & Financial Reporting: Assist in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas Group.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Support preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
  • Research & Standards Interpretation: Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changes.
  • Typical Requirements:
  • Education: Pursuing or completed degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance—or IPCC/IPC qualification in progress.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), and comfort with Excel and tools like Tally, SAP or QuickBooks.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, time management.
