Payroll and Compensation Professional

The Payroll and Compensation Professional is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, designing competitive compensation structures, and administering employee benefits programs.

Job Description:

The Senior Manager – Payroll, Compensation and Benefits role requires expertise in managing the entire payroll cycle, from processing to reconciliation. The incumbent must possess a deep understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compensation best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees across locations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Compensation Design: Design and manage competitive compensation structures including base pay, variable pay, and incentive plans, aligning them with business goals.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, and other perks.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in HR with at least 5 years in payroll and C&B management roles.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compensation practices, proficiency in payroll software (SAP, Workday, ADP, etc.).
