We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and maintenance of our data management systems.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in data management, leading efforts in developing and maintaining data management related modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and deliver the design, development, and deployment of data management and storage related modules.
  • Oversee data architecture and integration processes across modules.
  • Enable real-time and batch ETL and ELT processes, ensuring data quality, performance, and optimal usage of storage technologies.
  • Ensure data governance principles and best practices are followed, including authorization, logging, and data security.
  • Establish consistent and secure data access controls, data masking, and encryption processes.
  • Lead a team to develop a central technical and business metadata layer using knowledge graph and AI-based technologies.
  • Partner with product management to align with market and customer trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in data management, with at least 10 years in a similar role.
  • Proven experience leading teams and projects in data management.
  • Strong proficiency in big data technologies, SQL, and data warehousing solutions.
