About this role:

We are seeking a talented Prompt Engineer to join our team. In this exciting position, you will design, develop, and optimize AI prompts and workflows to enhance our FinTech tools, models, and websites.

Your primary responsibility will be to create prompt templates, integrate LLM capabilities, test model outputs, and develop AI-driven features for financial applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and optimizing prompts for large language models (LLMs) to support FinTech applications.
  • Developing prompt templates and workflows for financial data analysis, risk assessment, and customer support.
  • Creating and maintaining prompt libraries for various AI-powered features across our platforms.
  • Integrating AI/LLM capabilities into existing web applications and tools.
  • Testing, evaluating, and iterating on prompt performance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborating with development teams to implement AI features in frontend and backend systems.
  • Developing conversational AI interfaces for customer interactions and financial advisory services.
  • Ensuring AI outputs comply with financial regulations and ethical guidelines.
