Job Overview

This is a key role in our team that focuses on delivering high-quality, regulatory-compliant audit services for affordable housing programs.

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in LIHTC and HUD-funded projects to lead audits and ensure compliance with US GAAP, HUD guidelines, and IRS Section 42 requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will review and prepare financial statements, audit workpapers, and compliance reports in accordance with LIHTC regulations, IRS Section 42, and state housing finance agency requirements.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a global delivery model and manage cross-border teams.

Key qualifications include:

  • A CPA or CA certification is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on affordable housing or LIHTC engagements.
  • In-depth knowledge of affordable housing regulations, HUD audit protocols, and LIHTC program sensitivities.
Responsibilities
