Job Title: Affordable Housing Analyst

Location: Solapur, India

About the Role:

Affordable housing refers to rental and ownership housing units that are affordable to families and households at income levels lower than the area's median income. In this role, you will work on structuring affordable housing deals and applying for funding from various governmental sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare MS Excel based funding applications for affordable housing projects.
  • Develop support documentation for funding applications.
  • Monitor and track documents and checklists related to affordable housing projects.
  • Research new funding opportunities and expansion possibilities.
  • Assist in other aspects of the development finance process, including predevelopment and construction closing, conversion, and compliance.
  • Provide general support for special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Underwriting, Financial Modelling, or Financial Research.
  • Background in Financial Analysis, Project/Infrastructure finance, Credit Analysis, Valuation, Balance Sheet Analysis preferred.
  • Degree from a US-based college or relevant work experience in the US is desirable.
