We are seeking a Global Process Owner (Sr. Manager or AGM) - Financial and Accounting to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of F&A processes across the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Design & Optimization: Develop, document, and maintain standardized intercompany processes aligned with global policies and best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to intercompany transactions, including financial accounting principles.
About the Job:
This is a senior IC role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate will be expected to lead and participate in process improvement initiatives, leveraging methodologies such as lean, six sigma and automation tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- BCOM Plus CA or MBA finance with Transformation and IFRS & GAAP implementation experience in KPO/BPO.
- Six Sigma certification.
- Analytics driven IC role.
