About the position:

The primary responsibility of the Accountant General Ledger is to maintain the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and record journal entries for all business transactions.
  • Verify general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the closing process at month-end and year-end.
  • Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
