About the Job

We are currently seeking a Intercompany Global Process Owner (Sr. Manager or AGM) - F&A , reporting directly to Head of Financial Services to join our F&A team based in Noida.

Summary: The Global Process Owner (AGM) - F&A is a senior IC role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of F&A processes across the entire organization. This role requires a strong understanding of F&A best practices, financial accounting principles, and a keen eye for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Process Design & Optimization: Develop, document, and maintain standardized intercompany processes aligned with global policies and best practices. Lead and participate in IC process improvement initiatives, leveraging methodologies such as lean, six sigma and automation tools (AI / RPA)

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to intercompany transactions, including transfer pricing, documentation, and compliance issues

- Change Management: Lead change initiatives related to process updates, system upgrades, or organizational restructuring impacting intercompany activities. Drive transformational projects to centralize, rationalize, and enhance the IC framework

- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and tax requirements related to intercompany transactions. Support internal & external audits related to IC balances and transactions

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for intercompany process issues, working closely with GBS F&A, consolidation, and local operational teams across regions. Act as the SME and go-to person for all IC related matters and communicate process changes, best practices and new initiatives clearly & effectively across the regions

- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor process effectiveness, identify bottlenecks / trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Provide insightful analysis of IC balances, trends and variances to support accurate financial reporting & forecasting

- System & Tool Management: Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP systems (Oracle Fusion) and tools supporting intercompany processes

- Training & Support: Provide training, guidance, and support to regional teams to ensure consistent process execution

About You

Profile (Skills, Experience & Qualifications):

(i) Must Have

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, HFM, SAP).
• 14+ Post Qualification experience in Financial Accounting &Process Transformation
• Exposure to Automation tools RPA / BI / VB etc.
• Should be able to work in a rapidly changing and high-pressure work environment
• Knowledge of IFRS / GAAP
• Should have excellent leadership & communication skills
• Experience working in a global matrix environment.
• Good knowledge of MS office, like excel, Power point & word
• Experience to handle multiple projects, assign and multi-task to meet deadlines

(ii) Nice to have

• Working experience in the oil & gas sector / EPC Industry
• Six Sigma Qualified
• Project Management certification
• Ability to extract various Dashboards related to project in terms of costing, cash flow, Manhours etc.
• Strong statistical & analytical skills, with proactive and inquisitive mind.
