We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Telecom Engineer.

As an Assistant Telecom Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems to ensure seamless communication between various platforms. You will work closely with senior management to develop strategies that align with organizational goals and establish implementation plans to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals.">
  • Establish implementation strategy and metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.">
  • Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services.">
  • Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct testing to detect faults.">
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.">
  • Design, implement, and maintain telecommunications systems, including call flows, IVR systems, and backend integrations using API.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.">
  • 3-8 years of overall experience in telecommunications engineering.">
  • Must have experience in NICE inContact or CXone solutions, including voice, chat, email, and SMS channels.">
  • Strong operational experience, understanding of systems maintenance, licensing, configurations, and disaster recovery.">
  • Certifications in contact center management or NICE CXone platforms are advantageous.">
