Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making calls to existing or potential customers to provide information and solutions to their inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing or potential customers via phone calls to discuss their queries and concerns.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers about our products or services.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 0 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Possess a Higher Secondary, B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Com, Bachelor of Hotel Management, B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.Tech, M.Com degree.
  • Be proficient in speaking and writing English fluently.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
