Tender Management Specialist Job
This is a crucial role at our organization where you will be responsible for overseeing tender processes from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Process Administration: Create and execute Technical & Commercial Bid documents as per specifications, ensuring all submissions meet 100% compliance standards.
- Digital Signature Registration: Manage digital signature registration and catalog uploads on the procurement portal.
- Documentation and Compliance: Coordinate tender documentation, pre-bid amendments, and compliance reviews to ensure seamless execution.
- Liaison and Communication: Effectively interact with vendors, clients, and government bodies to facilitate smooth communication and timely payments.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor and follow up on pending payments, recovering outstanding dues in a timely manner.
- Process Improvement: Streamline workflows and implement submission trackers to reduce tender turnaround time.
