Financial Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to assist in the financial operations of our Aadhaar-PAN linking drive. This includes tracking linking status, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring all financial entries related to penalties and fees are accurately recorded.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of financial and accounting principles and be proficient in MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management: Assist in end-to-end financial operations of the Aadhaar-PAN linking drive.
  • Data Entry & Reconciliation: Accurately input and maintain financial data in our systems.
  • Customer Support & Follow-up: Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of the linking drive.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
