Cloud Training Project Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Training Project Manager to lead cloud training programs focused on Microsoft Azure and OpenAI technologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate comprehensive training initiatives emphasizing Azure infrastructure, AI/ML services, Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and Microsoft cloud capabilities.
  2. Develop and execute scalable training projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, trainer assignment, and post-training analysis for stakeholders.
  3. Facilitate technical evaluations for prospective trainers, assessing their expertise in Azure services and AI technologies.
  4. Build and maintain a network of external trainers specializing in Microsoft Azure and OpenAI, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  5. Oversee the distribution of technical training materials, including Azure lab guides, sandbox environments, and OpenAI documentation or access codes.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. A minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination or program management, focusing on technical cloud computing or training industry.
  2. Demonstrated success in managing technical training programs centered around Azure, AI, or cloud transformation.
  3. Advanced skills in data analysis, leveraging tools like Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for training metrics and reporting.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools and strong working knowledge of Azure services and OpenAI's integration within Azure.
  5. Excellent communication skills in English, articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Ability to work in a global environment, adapting to international clients' needs and time zones.
  7. Prior experience working with technology training companies or educational organizations is highly desirable.
  8. Strong aptitude for learning emerging technologies quickly, particularly in the cloud and AI space.

This role requires a flexible candidate who can adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential for juggling multiple training projects simultaneously.
